The Delaware Public Integrity Commission [1] has the task of applying Delaware's ethics law to officers and employees of the state. This commission was started in 1995 from a statutory requirement to provide seminars with interested agencies and to schedule training to State employees who desire it through the State Personnel Training Unit.
