I feel all municipalities should include a provision for an ethics department in thier charters.
I am seriously thinking about how to go about developing and initializing an ehtics department for the Oklahoma city in which I reside.
Any suggestions you have concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Rev. Derek Fields
