Ethics Idol

It's not easy to make ethics training enjoyable, so it's good to see how other people have tried. According to an article in Human Resource Executive, Cisco Systems came up with a parody of American Idol, with parody songs about ethics situations and three judges critically discussing each song/situation.

A big computer company could afford to do Ethics Idol as an animated, interactive computer game. But the fun and the interactivity are things even a local government could employ. The result was a heightened interest in ethics, almost 100% readership of the firm's new ethics code, and a few laughs.
