reel off the names of the countries that support toothless enforcement
of the UN
Convention against Corruption (according to an
article in this week's Economist):
These are not countries anyone wants to be associated with. Their rulers are just the sort of people who do not really want ethics enforcement. Ask those who oppose effective, independent ethics enforcement if they are that sort of people, too.
